This Privacy Policy explains how Solo Ops Foundry handles information in connection with its website and related tools or integrations, including the Solo Ops Foundry Pulse social-media workflow.

1. Website data

Solo Ops Foundry does not currently provide user accounts, contact forms, newsletter signup, comments, payment processing, advertising technology, tracking pixels, or onsite behavioral analytics configured by Solo Ops Foundry.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, request details, and security or performance logs, under its own policies and operational requirements.

2. Information from connected services

If you choose to connect a supported third-party service, we may process information made available within the permissions you explicitly authorize. Depending on the platform and approved scopes, this may include basic account information, public-content metadata, or account insights.

For TikTok or similar social-media integrations, requested access is intended to be limited to the scopes necessary for the disclosed feature. At the current stage, Pulse is designed for read-only account information, public-content metadata, research, insights, and preparation of proposed social content.

Solo Ops Foundry does not currently use advertising cookies or onsite behavioral advertising trackers. Basic hosting, security, or browser functionality may generate technical logs or necessary storage. Third-party platforms may use their own cookies or tracking technologies when you interact with their services.

6. Access tokens and credentials

Authentication credentials, access tokens, client secrets, and similar security material are treated as sensitive information. They are intended to be stored in protected local or service-side credential storage and not published in public site content or source-control history.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for security and operational continuity, or as required by law. Authorized third-party access may be revoked through the applicable platform where supported.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Solo Ops Foundry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site or integrations.

Where applicable, you may disconnect a linked third-party account through that platform’s account or authorization settings. You may also stop using the site or integration at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
